Posting Details - Order Times

Delivery
 
If delivery of your order is required for a particular date please email or call to ensure it can be delivered within the timescale you need.  Customers are always welcome to contact us for an estimated time of delivery as the turnaround of orders can vary substantially according to what has been ordered and the work load we have at time of order, dispatch dates can vary between 3 working days  -  28 working days although the average dispatch time is at present is 10 - 12 working days, excluding weekends but please confirm before ordering if the date is important. For custom made products please see details for dispatch times. Orders received after 3pm are classed as next day.

Unless by prior arrangement delivery will only be made to the registered address of payee and not a third party address

Tips when ordering. 1 Double check size. 2. Make sure you have the colours right. 3 Check the spelling. Call or email if you have a question. If you are placing an order and you think there are details you need us to confirm i.e. colour of a logo shade of a thread colour please give as much detail as possible. You can do this by giving us notes in the "Any other instruction box, there is one on every item on the website. And or the Special instuctions box on chekout. We try very hard to please but we need your help to make sure it's right.

Once your order is completed we offer the following mail services

 

Tracked and Insured  (will require signature)

Courier Tracked and Insured (Next Working Day)

Courier next day is a postal option only,  This means once we have processed your order (please see above details) and we dispatch the parcel it will be due to arrive with you on the next working day

 

If Royal Mail or a courier make an attempted delivery but no one is there to accept the parcel a card will be put through your post box, the card will give you details on who to contact re either arrange re delivery or for details on how the parcel can be collected, if the parcel is not collected a courier sends it back to us usually within 10 working days Royal Mail returns a parcel to us after 18 days. We are happy to repost but it will be at an extra to customers cost as postage as postal charges paid by customer have already be used  on the first delivery.

 

Postage is charged in relation to order value or delivery method chosen.


If we are experiencing problems with any delivery service booked we reserve right to use an alternative provider, all goods sent will require a signature on delivery.

 

Tracked & Insured 

Up to       £2 = £1.50

 

£2.01 - £5.00  = £2.95

 

£5..01 - £10  = £3.95

 

£10.01 - £20.00 = £4.50

 

£20.01 - £60.00 = £5.95


£60.01 - £100.00 = £6.95

 

£100.01 - £250.00 = £7.95

 

£250.01 - £400.00 = £10.95

 

£400.01 - £499.99 = £14.00

 

£500 +  = 20.00

 

Courier Next Day Tracked & Insured

Upto £100 = £12.50

 

£100.01 - £250 = £15.00

 

£250.01 - £500 = £20

 

£500.01 +  = £25

Paying by courier or special delivery does not mean your order is dispatched quicker by us this is for postal timing once the goods are dispatched.

Please note all services are quoted as standard circumstances, in times of bad weather none of the above services will guarantee a delivery time except to say parcels will be delivered as soon as possible.
