Posting OptionsPosting Details - Order Times Delivery If delivery of your order is required for a particular date please email or call to ensure it can be delivered within the timescale you need. Customers are always welcome to contact us for an estimated time of delivery as the turnaround of orders can vary substantially according to what has been ordered and the work load we have at time of order, dispatch dates can vary between 3 working days - 28 working days although the average time is at present is 10 - 12 working days but please confirm before ordering if the date is important. for custom made products please see details for dispatch times.
Unless by prior arrangement delivery will only be made to the registered address of payee and not a third party address
Postal options such as Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery is a postal option not delivery option they are purely options of how you would like your parcel delivered.
Once your order is completed we offer the following mail services
Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded. (Priority Mail but not guaranteed next day after dispatch & will require signature) Up to £20 = £4.50
£20.01 - £40.00 = £5.00
£40.01 - £60.00 = £5.50
£60.01 - £90.00 = £6.00
£90.01 - £175.00 = £6.50
£175.01 - £299.99 = £8.00
Orders over £300 Carriage Free Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery. Guaranteed for delivery next day before 1pm will require signature (This is delivery not completion of order please see dispatch times for details) Special Delivery is available for parcels of 2Kg and under at £7.95 standard or £8.95 (14 days before Christmas to allow for extra staff costs)
Courier, advised only for use when ordering several rugs or jackets (bulky deliveries) This service is for delivery next day between working hours will require signature. This is a delivery option not completion of order option please see dispach times for details £8.95 will take delivery upto 20kg
Please note all services are quoted as standard circumstances, in times of bad weather none of the above services will guarantee a delivery time except to say parcels will be delivered as soon as possible.
